What men want…
Sitting alone in her drawing room, waiting for Chloe,
Jenny looked reflective, but quite pleased. On entering
Chloe, stopped and observed; she wondered what was going
through Jenny’s mind. With that mixture of reflection
and a curious smile on her face, Jenny could have confused
anyone.
Jenny thought to herself: Men can be strange creatures;
they are the ones that normally criticize women saying
that they are difficult to understand. However, it turns
out that one could say that men and women can be equally
strange. Alternatively, one could be clever and also
say that there is no real way of measuring the stranger
of the two.
Whatever, one’s views are, it must be said that
what men want is often what they need, and what they
need may well be what they want. Hence, they might be
driven by either a want or a need or perhaps both.
Men, like other animals need to know that they are
important to their surroundings; instinctively, they
are driven to this approach. With a consciousness that
they stand on today reinforces the fact that they need
to be reassured of this. Unlike animals, men need to
know what their positions are. At the slightest opportunity,
they are likely to even experiment with themselves in
the hopes of being what they might not really be.
Viagra, a tonic for enhancing masculinity has easily
taken over men’s minds, including my husband’s.
Men are aware of the benefits of this tonic, and so,
even though they may be happy off as they are, they
are still willing to venture and become something beyond
themselves. Though there are those who really need this
tonic, there are several men indulging in it for the
sake of their wants and not their needs. Well, that’s
their choice. Some women might assert that it is dangerous
for the want to exceed the need, for men are basically
‘social’ animals that have the ability to
turn in to animals.
Having all this understanding in her mind, Jenny tells
Chloe, “I don’t mind my husband turning
into an animal because with Viagra (his need) he can
be what I need”. That was all that Chloe needed
to hear, and her confusion disappeared.
